What is Holistic coaching?

   - Holistic coaching is a type of coaching that considers the whole person—mind, body, heart and spirit—in the process of setting and achieving goals. Rather than focusing solely on the specifics of a particular issue or goal, holistic coaching looks at how various aspects of a person's life are interconnected and how these connections impact overall well-being and success.

How does coaching differ from therapy?

   - Unlike therapy, which delves into past traumas, holistic coaching focuses on the present and future, helping clients discover themselves from new perspectives while unlocking true power and potential.

What doesn’t coaching do?

    - Coaching focuses on the present and views the client as capable to achieve personal and professional goals, empowering clients to make lasting improvements.
Coaching does not provide therapy for mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, or trauma—these require a licensed mental health professional. Coaches do not diagnose or treat psychological conditions, nor do they offer financial, legal, or medical advice.

What can I expect during a holistic coaching session?

   - The holistic coaching sessions include exploring mind, body, heart and soul, discussing current challenges, setting specific goals, and developing action plans for personal development. 

How long does the coaching process take?

   - The duration depends on the individual's needs and goals. Some clients achieve their desired results in a few months, while others may continue for a year or more for ongoing support.

How much time do I need to dedicate to coaching?

   - To get the most out of your coaching journey, you will be expected to set aside 2-3 hours per week on various exercises and assignments from the coaching sessions. I will also be sending you resources inbetween sessions that will be helpful to you.

How often do we have sessions?

To begin with, we hold sessions once a week for the first month. The following months we do sessions twice a month. This set up is ideal for continuity and momentum, and you get more time inbetween to complete exercises and assignments.

Is coaching confidential?

   - Yes, all sessions are confidential, and allow you to safely explore personal issues.

How do we meet for our coaching sessions?

   - All coaching sessions are virtual via video calls, which provides flexibility for you regardless of location or time zone.

   - A Holistic coach can help you clarify your thoughts, dreams and desires. Together, you explore areas of focus to determine meaningful and achievable goals tailored to your life.
