Invest in your relationship with you

Women with ADHD tend to put others first, but in doing so, we forget to care for ourselves.

I am your advocate and will show you a kinder, gentler way to treat the most important person in your life - YOU.

And while you become kinder and gentler towards yourself, we will shatter the limiting beliefs you hold about yourself, about ADHD and you will step into your true power.

You are more than your diagnosis✨

I am here to prove it to you!

About me

I’m Nadine Hanna.

I have always felt different from my friends and the people around me.
I couldn’t figure out what it was that made feel different though.
Things that came so easy for others, was a real struggle for me.
Sometimes I thought it was my being a daughter of immigrants, but then I realized that other children of immigrants didn’t struggle like I did.

Then I discovered this one thing that changed EVERYTHING for me..
